We recently faced a small hiccup with our furnace. We called Mike and Ross to take a look at the problem late around 9:30. They responded within an hour. They thoroughly diagnosed the furnace and swiftly resolved the issues. They also explained what they did and how exactly the issue was resolved. I would highly recommend them.

Mahmoud is highly responsive and incredibly knowledgeable about boiler heating systems. He has been available even after hours, once resolving an issue over the phone and another time promptly coming on-site the next day to fix the problem. I’ll definitely be relying on his services again!

His inspection price was very reasonable, and he was able to complete the repair on the spot for significantly less than we were quoted by others for just an inspection. He was very professional, thorough and took time to explain what he was doing. He also provided us with some guidance on what to be careful of with different types of filters.

Last year we wanted a humidification solution for the whole house, and Extra Air System was able to deliver at the best value, and relatively quickly too. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. This year, the humidifier needed a consumable canister replaced, and they were very quick to respond and perform the service within a few hours from the call. Have dealt with Micheal before I had a furnace and heat pump installed. Micheal came out on a New Years Day to fix my old furnace. The installation of the new equipment went very smoothly and l am very pleased with the results. Highly recommend this company.

I'm a big fan of Michael and his team. They installed a heat pump, furnace, and tankless hot water heater for me about a year ago. He's very kind and professional. After a year (after the his warranty had expired), I ran into an issue with my hot water heater. Michael came to look at it very promptly, identified the problem, ordered a missing part (and was on hold for 4 hours with the company), and fixed it within a couple of days. He went above and beyond for this job, and gave me a very fair rate. I will definitely be calling Extra Air for any future HVAC-related work!
