Our furnace failed in late January during a cold spell and at the worst possible time - the day before our vacation. I contacted Extra Air System; Michael promptly arrived, diagnosed the issue, and, as luck would have it, had a replacement motor in his van. He quickly fixed the furnace and it has been running great since then. Michael is a joy to work with. He is experienced, calm, takes his time to explain the problem, gives you options and doesn't pressure you into a decision.

From the moment I contacted Extra Air System Heating & Air conditioning for a quote, Michael was extremely helpful, friendly, professional and clearly very knowledgeable about the solutions they could offer. Not to mention, Michael was helpful in talking to me about the Greener Home Grants that I could leverage to get the best solution for the lowest cost. Throughout the installation process, Michael and his team were efficient and meticulous in their work. They took great care to ensure that everything was installed correctly and that the system was working as it should be. They were respectful of my home, taking care to clean up after themselves and leaving everything as it should be. After installation was complete, Michael personally walked me through the new thermostat and took time to explain how my new Carrier heat pump system worked - as well as tips to get the most out of it. Overall, I cannot recommend Michael and his team highly enough. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and did an outstanding job. I am super happy with the service I received from Extra Air System. Initially I was referred with a friend of mine as I noticed my furnace is not working I called Reza and on the phone he tried his best to solve my problem and avoid a visit. When the problem could not be solved he came to my place very soon and provide me some options to repair or replace which I decided to replace. His team came the other day and install a new furnace. Very nice and professional. In addition Mr Reza fixed my nest problem in 5 minutes which the other technicians spent hours with no luck. Very recommended

So thankful for such a fast response to a middle of the night phone call when our furnace was not working and temperatures were dropping too cold for us to stay warm. Being a business who boards dogs, being able to get assistance so quickly when it was getting so chilly was imperative and these two gentlemen were incredible! I had a great experience with Extra Air systems. ! Michael was always very responsive to all my emergency calls. He showed a very pleasant and professional attitude during all the diagnosis/maintenance visits he made to my place. When the time to cameto replace the HVAC system ( AC & furnace) , he was very patient in offering teh options, and explaining the pros & cons of each. The price was very reasonable, and his installation crew did a remarkably exceptional job. I can’t believe how fast my service call was answered. It was within 1/2 hour after my first call that Michael showed up. He got my furnace working in 30 minutes. Everything works great again. This is my second time using them. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs!
