Michael and Ross have went above and beyond again for me and my family! Furnace broke down Monday morning and Michael and Ross arranged for the supply and installation of new Carrier furnace 3 hours later!!! Considering the -18 Celsius temperatures today, my family and I are very grateful. The installation crew was excellent, they even organized some HRV tubing and cleaned debris they found in my outgoing furnace exhaust pipe. Ross brought coffee and donuts to top it off!! I recommend their services to everyone. Thanks again everyone at Extra Air involved in the installation today!!
