On Wednesday, my tenants advised me the air conditioning was not working. I had Enercare go take a look on Thursday evening, however, they were unable to work on the air conditioner as it was not eligible for their maintenance plans. I called several places to repair the air conditioner, but no one was available to come take a look the same day on Friday. I called Michael and he told me he could be at the home in an hour. Michael was able to fix the air conditioner and have it working in less than two hours. He saved me from having my tenants with no air conditioning in the summer as well as the costs of replacing the air conditioner. His pricing is very reasonable, and he is very reliable and knowledgeable! I will definitely recommend him to others and keep his contact saved for all future HVAC concerns!

We were Enercare customers, but we were told we had to wait a week for someone to come by. Michael and his team were quick, professional, and fixed our AC. We have now cancelled our Enercare package.

Our furnace failed in late January during a cold spell and at the worst possible time - the day before our vacation. I contacted Extra Air System; Michael promptly arrived, diagnosed the issue, and, as luck would have it, had a replacement motor in his van. He quickly fixed the furnace and it has been running great since then. Michael is a joy to work with. He is experienced, calm, takes his time to explain the problem, gives you options and doesn't pressure you into a decision.

Throughout the installation process, Michael and his team were efficient and meticulous in their work. They took great care to ensure that everything was installed correctly and that the system was working as it should be. They were respectful of my home, taking care to clean up after themselves and leaving everything as it should be. After installation was complete, Michael personally walked me through the new thermostat and took time to explain how my new Carrier heat pump system worked - as well as tips to get the most out of it. Overall, I cannot recommend Michael and his team highly enough. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and did an outstanding job. I am super happy with the service I received from Extra Air System. Initially I was referred with a friend of mine as I noticed my furnace is not working I called Reza and on the phone he tried his best to solve my problem and avoid a visit. When the problem could not be solved he came to my place very soon and provide me some options to repair or replace which I decided to replace. His team came the other day and install a new furnace. Very nice and professional. In addition Mr Reza fixed my nest problem in 5 minutes which the other technicians spent hours with no luck. Very recommended
