Michael and Ross have went above and beyond again for me and my family! Furnace broke down Monday morning and Michael and Ross arranged for the supply and installation of new Carrier furnace 3 hours later!!! Considering the -18 Celsius temperatures today, my family and I are very grateful. The installation crew was excellent, they even organized some HRV tubing and cleaned debris they found in my outgoing furnace exhaust pipe. Ross brought coffee and donuts to top it off!! I recommend their services to everyone. Thanks again everyone at Extra Air involved in the installation today!!

Michael from Extra Air System Heating and Cooling was polite, responsive, and unbelievably helpful....and honest. In fact, he troubleshooted the problem over the phone and didn't charge me anything! Our furnace broke and my boyfriend found Extra Air System on Home Stars. Michael and Ross were very quick to show up and look at our furnace. They found out what part was broken, ordered it, and came back the next day to replace and fix it. Michael even helped us with a problem that we were having with our washing machine without additional charge! He is super nice and handy. As new home owners we have lots of projects to be done around the house for which we called Michael and Ross. They extended our natural gas line from basement to backyard for our BBQ and also fixed our AC which wasn’t working optimally. We highly recommend them.

Michael and his team (I apologize I did not get the other gentlemen's name) are our saviors! They came out the same day, while other places I called where a 5-6 day wait. Their service was 10/10! Micheal and team came to my house within a few hours of placing a service call on a Sunday afternoon. Furnace not working, night time in April we’re getting uncomfortably cold. With 3 small kids in the house I wanted the heat back asap. Very polite, they fixed the problem within an hour, had the right parts on the truck. Excellent service and very knowledgeable! I had an issue with my furnace and originally had a different company try to fix it. They were unable to and that is when I got in contact with Michael. He arrived within a few hours and solved the problem in about 10 minutes. Very grateful for the prompt service as it is currently -15 outside. 5 stars!

10/10 Service!!! My furnace stopped working last night. It’s -10 outside and I have 8 month old baby. I scrambled to Google search for any HVAC emergency tech in Milton area. I called a few numbers and got voicemails without call backs. Except Michael from Extraair. He messaged me right after I left a voicemail at 2:15AM early on Saturday morning and asked if he could help. He walked me through potential issues and helped me Troubleshoot this problem - a blown fuse. He was very professional and knowledgeable, even when I woke him up at 2 in the morning. He offered to put a couple of fuses in his mail box and I could come and pick them up in the middle of the night. Thanks to him i kept my family warm and comfortable that night.
