I have used Michael and Extra Air systems for over 8 years and 2 homes. Michael has bailed me out of a heat wave with an AC installation at our previous residence the next day after my AC unit went down, repaired the AC in our current home during a heat wave, installed a brand new furnace. Extra Air to the rescue! Our A/C went kaput and we needed it replaced. Upon inspection, our furnace needed to go too. These guys came out at 10:30 at night to look at our system, gave the exact same advise as the first company that came and charged us $1000 less for a better and bigger unit. They were prompt, professional, and amazingly priced. I would highly recommend them.

Very respectful and honest staff. Timely and accommodating too. They were able to accommodate an on-site visit while several other hvac/ac/heating repair and maintenance services were telling me to call back and book an appointment 3 weeks later. They told me me what was wrong with my ac, no beating around the bush. The fixed it right away too. Their pricing was at cost, so very affordable too. Could not be happier with service. 100% recommend them over other hvac/ac/heating repairmen.
