We recently had our furnace replaced by Extra Air, and the whole experience was genuinely great. We went with a Carrier unit, and Michael was fantastic throughout the process. He was honest, straightforward, and clearly very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue quickly and walked me through all my options without any pressure, just solid advice. The pricing was competitive and the installation team did excellent work. Clean, careful, and the final install looks perfect. Overall, really happy with the service from Extra Air and would absolutely recommend them.

Mike and their team gave us extraordinary service. Long story short, my heating was not working when the temperatures are at -2 and I gave a call to Extra air system first time (by doing google search)and Mike showed up in an hour in the evening and fixed the furnace temporarily to keep us warm till the furnace was replaced on the very next day. As promised, his team showed up on time on Sunday, despite snowing, and installed the new furnace. I recommend him strongly.

We just got a heat pump with furnace and water heater installed by Michael and his team at Extra Air. It was a relatively painless experience. They were very patient with our questions, very efficient in their work, very straightforward in their dealings, and quite cost-effective in all they did. All done in a day: little fuss, no muss. We recently faced a small hiccup with our furnace. We called Mike and Ross to take a look at the problem late around 9:30. They responded within an hour. They thoroughly diagnosed the furnace and swiftly resolved the issues. They also explained what they did and how exactly the issue was resolved. I would highly recommend them.
